Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hiroo platform ("Service") operated by Tibii Pty Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Hiroo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

2. Service Description

Hiroo is an AI-powered hiring and onboarding platform that provides:

Job posting and applicant tracking
AI-assisted video interviews and candidate screening
Automated email communications
Employee onboarding workflows and compliance tracking
Document management and e-signatures

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
Upload malicious software or content
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. AI Processing Disclaimer

Hiroo's AI features provide analysis and recommendations to assist hiring decisions. AI outputs are advisory only and should not be the sole basis for employment decisions. You are responsible for ensuring your hiring practices comply with applicable anti-discrimination and employment laws.

7. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is as displayed on the Hiroo website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Australia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
