Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hiroo recruitment platform operated by AI Core CRM Pty Ltd (ABN 77 670 376 879), trading as Hiroo ("we", "us" or "Hiroo"). By using Hiroo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms apply to employers who use Hiroo to advertise roles and assess candidates, and to candidates who apply for roles or complete AI-assisted interviews.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the platform. If you use Hiroo on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

3. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Candidate interviews and recordings

Some applications include a recorded video or audio interview. By proceeding with an interview, you consent to that recording and to its processing, including automated transcription and AI-assisted assessment, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the platform for unlawful, discriminatory or harmful purposes.
Do not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
Do not attempt to disrupt the platform or access another tenant's data.
Candidates must answer applications and interviews truthfully and in their own words.

6. AI-assisted assessment

Hiroo provides automated tools that assist employers in screening and assessing applications. These tools support, but do not replace, human decision-making. We do not guarantee any particular hiring outcome.

7. Employer responsibilities

Employers are responsible for their use of candidate data, for making lawful and non-discriminatory hiring decisions, and for complying with applicable employment, privacy and anti-discrimination laws.

8. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, inclusions and billing periods shown at checkout or in your account apply. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and may revise these Terms.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Australia.
